1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a legally binding public offer (hereinafter — “Offer”) by DIGITAL EXPATS OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17217991) (hereinafter — “Service Provider”), to any individual (hereinafter — “Client”) to enter into a service agreement under the terms described below.

By making payment for the services, the Client confirms their full acceptance of this Offer (hereinafter — “Acceptance”) and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

The Service Provider offers relocation and consulting services to individuals and families intending to move to Spain and obtain residence permits, including but not limited to the Digital Nomad Visa, Non-Lucrative Visa, and other types of residence.

The services include:
• Personalized consultations
• Assistance with document preparation
• Legal and administrative support
• Guidance on taxes, housing, schools, insurance, and banking
• Post-relocation adaptation services

All services are delivered remotely.

3. Service Plans and Pricing

3.1 Individual Consultations
• 60-minute consultation — €200
(The cost is credited toward the full package if purchased within 30 days)

3.2 Full Visa Assistance Packages

“Optimal” Package
• €2,999 for the main applicant
• €799 per additional family member

“Premium” Package
• €5,999 for the main applicant + 1 family member
• €1,499 per each additional family member

3.3 Additional Charges (third-party costs, if applicable):
• Certified jurado translations: €50/page
• Local registration (Padrón): €500/person
• Bank account opening: €500
• Consular/administrative fees: €75/person

3.4 Custom Services

Custom services and non-standard cases may be quoted separately and agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment and Conclusion of the Agreement

Payment for services shall be made via bank transfer or third-party payment providers. Upon payment, the Agreement is considered concluded and legally binding.

All prices are listed and charged in Euros (€).

5. Service Timeframes

Service timeframes depend on the nature of the selected service and third-party processing (e.g., embassies, police, banks). The Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been rendered.
Refunds are subject to deduction of administrative and actual incurred expenses.
A refund request must be submitted in writing to info@digitalexpats.com within 14 calendar days of payment.

7. Limitation of Liability
• The Service Provider is not liable for visa or residence permit rejections by governmental authorities.
• The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of opportunity or profit.
• The Service Provider’s total liability under any claim shall be limited to the actual amount paid by the Client for the services.
8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Services are provided “as is” with no guarantee of success or outcome.
The outcome of visa or residence applications depends on governmental discretion.

9. Client Responsibilities
• The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete personal information and documents.
• The Client is solely responsible for ensuring their eligibility under visa requirements.

10. Privacy and Data Processing

The Client agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable EU data protection laws (GDPR).

11. Amendments

The Service Provider may update the terms of this Offer at any time by publishing a new version on its website. Changes shall not affect ongoing services already paid for.

12. Termination and Withdrawal

The Client may cancel their engagement by notifying the Service Provider in writing.
Partial refunds for unrendered services may be issued, minus applicable deductions.
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate services in the event of abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

13. Force Majeure

The Service Provider is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure events (e.g., war, natural disasters, system failures, government restrictions).

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
All disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if unsuccessful, submitted to the competent court of Estonia.

15. Final Provisions
• This document constitutes the full agreement between the parties.
• No waiver of rights shall be implied from failure to enforce any provision.
• Digital communication (email, online submissions) is recognized as legally binding.
